The services that I offer include the following:
Unblocking of Drains/Toilets/Sinks – I carry a variety of draining rods and unblocking equipment which will unblock the smallest pipe to the biggest drains.
Replacing and Repairing Leaking Taps – Fairly self explanatory. If your tap continually drips, it is generally because the washer has worn and needs replacing.
Broken Toilet Flush – Your toilet flush may not be what it once was. I can service your existing flush or simply replace it with a newer more efficient one that flushes with less water and saving you money on your water bills.
Water Tanks – Does your overflow pipe (coming out of the side of your house) drip or pour water out sometimes? That is because your ballcock inside your water tank is not operating properly and needs servicing or replacing.
Showers – Whether it be a continually dripping shower, or an old electric shower that has broken down, I will offer you the most cost effective solution to the problem. You may not have a shower and wish to get one. Whatever your shower predicament, I’m the shower man that can!
Leaks – If you’ve sprung a leak under your bath or from the waste pipes under your kitchen sink, again, just call for a prompt and reliable service.
Immersion Heater – If you are experiencing a lack of hot water, you may need your immersion heater replacing.
I also offer other aspects of domestic maintenance services including indoor and outdoor painting, landscaping and general management upkeep at request.
